And That Was Summer

The rainy season is here, and although it totally ruined my Coron trip, I’m actually relieved that climate change notwithstanding, our seasons this year are so far right on schedule.

I didn’t get to do much this summer except for that one long overdue Hongkong-Macau trip,

an office outing in Baler, which IMHO, is one of the most underrated but beautiful places in the Philippines,

and a quick weekend road trip to visit two of the nicest churches in Pampanga: The San Agustin church and Betis church

I always say that I love summer if only because it’s the season I associate with my happy childhood the most. In truth, however, I love the rainy season better because it’s just so me—quiet, reserved, calm and sentimental.  And a certified couch potato. Haha!

About whathappensinbetween

It took me almost an hour to figure out what to write here so I guess that says a lot about me.
